Metro Customer Service at Metro Pulse

Our Customer Service office is located at Metro Pulse in downtown Portland. Customer service can help you plan your trip, add money to your DiriGo account, and help with any questions you may have.

The Metro Pulse office, at 21 Elm Street in Portland, is the hub for Metro and where Routes #2, #4, #5, and #7 begin and end their routes.  Routes #1, 9A, 9B, BREEZ, and Husky Line all stop nearby on Congress Street.

Customer Service hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. Customer Service is closed when Metro is not operating on major holidays.

There are no Customer Service staff at our 114 Valley Street administrative offices. 

Lost and Found

If you've lost an item on Metro, we encourage you to call customer service at (207)-774-0351 to see if they have it before visiting us. Items found aboard a bus may be held on the bus until the bus returns to the garage.
