Greater Portland Transit District (GPM) is accepting proposals for TSAP- Contractor until Monday July 7, 2025 @ 11:00 m EST.

General Scope

The Transit Stop Access Project (TSAP) aims to improve access to transit stops by improving sidewalks, curb ramps, and street crossings, as well as the bus stop areas themselves, to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Locations are in Portland, South Portland, Westbrook and Falmouth Maine.

GPM receives funding from the Federal Transit Administration and as such is required to follow federal procurement regulations and to require its consultants and contractors to understand and adhere to those requirements.
