Limited Customer Service Window Hours 4/28 and 4/29

Due to unexpected staffing issues, Metro’s Customer Service office at 21 Elm Street will be closed beginning at 3pm today, Tuesday, April 28.

On Wednesday, April 29, the Customer Service office is unlikely to be able to process transactions or load fare cards after 2:00pm.

Customers can continue to load value on smartcards at Walgreens, CVS, and 7-Eleven locations within our network.
