Route 8 Detour Friday: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

ROUTES AFFECTED: Route 8 - Peninsula Loop

Route 8 buses will be detouring off of West Street, Pine Street, and Emery Street in Portland from 2:00 PM EDT to 3:00 PM EDT on Friday, May 22, 2026 due to road closures for a Reiche Elementary School road race. Passengers should board at Maine Medical Center on Bramhall Street, or at Harbor Terrace, on Danforth Street.  Expect some delays.
