Transit Bus Rolling Stock RFP 2026-008

Greater Portland Transit District (“METRO” or “GPTD”), a quasi-municipal METRO, requests proposals for the manufacture and delivery of fifteen (15) 35-foot transit diesel or hybrid diesel buses (the “Buses”), with an option for an additional eight (8) Buses, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposals RFP No. 2026-008 (the “RFP” or “procurement” or “solicitation”).

Prospective Proposers must register with METRO’s secure bid platform, Colbi Secure Bids, at colbisecurebids.com. to ensure that they are listed as a vendor for this RFP, to view all documents related to this RFP (including any and all updates, clarifications, and amendments) (collectively, “RFP Documents”), and to submit their Proposal. This process takes less than two minutes.
