Downtown Customer Service Office
Our customer service office, nicknamed Metro Pulse, is located at 21 Elm Street in Portland, just a few steps from Portland Public Library and Monument Square. Pulse is open on weekdays from 6:30am to 7:30pm for walk-up customers and phone calls (207-774-0351). Customer service staff can help with the following:
- General help and information on how to ride Metro
- Provide printed schedules for our bus routes
- Load value onto your DiriGo account
- Help restore access to your DiriGo account
- Provide printed schedules for our bus routes
- Provide information on when your next bus will be available
- Bulk orders
- Lost and Found
- And more… just ask!
