Umo Credit Card Re-authorization Required in on/after July 6

As part of our preparation to launch Tap-to-Ride this summer, a technology update will be applied on July 6, 2026 at approximately 11:00am. After this time, all DiriGo Pass users who use the Umo app or web portal to add value to their DiriGo Pass accounts will need to re-enter their credit card information. Users will not be able to add value to their accounts until this information is reentered. This includes users who have set up their account to automatically reload value.

Additionally, users should begin to exercise more care when tapping their DiriGo Card to the fare reader beginning in July. Holding several cards near the reader may result in an unintentional charge to your credit card.
