Greater Portland Transit District (GPM) is accepting proposals for Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid Car until Wednesday, March 20, 2019 2:00pm, , at which time they will be opened and read. Late bids shall not be accepted.

General Scope

• Greater Portland Transit District (“GPM”) is soliciting proposals for Request For Proposals Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid Car for the Greater Portland Metro located at 114 Valley St. Portland, Maine 04102.

In order to participate in this RFQ, firms must register at www.colbisecurebids.com .

Vehicle offered is to be the Honda model Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, brand new, the latest model available as specified, and of good quality and condition. Three (3) complete copies of your bid submission, including any descriptive literature, shall be submitted on the forms provided and in an envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bid’s title and number.

GPM receives funding from the Federal Transit Administration and as such is required to follow federal procurement regulations and to require its consultants and contractors to understand and adhere to those requirements. FTA requirements are conditions for this RFP and contract, and are included in the RFP document.
