A.   QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RFB

All email inquiries must reference the below-listed RFB title and number and include the name, phone number, and email address of the respondent or prospective respondent (“Respondent,” as context dictates). 

Responses to questions will be prepared by GPM as an addendum to this BID. All addenda issued will be uploaded to the electronic bidding system for all registered Respondents to view. Please register per the instructions below to receive notice of any changes, clarifications, and addenda related to this RFB.

B.   IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESPONDENTS

  1. Proposal Must Be Submitted Before the Deadline

            It is the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that their proposal is submitted prior to the proposal submission date and time. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.

  • Electronic Registration
