Customer Service Office opening late on Tuesday February 3

Due to a staffing issue, Metro’s customer service office at 21 Elm Street (Metro Pulse) will open late today, Tuesday, February 3. The customer service window is expected to be open by 7:30am. We apologize for any inconvenience.

No Route 1 service on Atlantic St. until further notice

Effective Date: 01/29/26

Until Further Notice: Metro will not operate Route 1 service on Atlantic Street.
Atlantic Street is not currently safe to operate buses due to the snow-narrowed roadway width.
Riders are asked to please use nearby stops along Congress St, including temporary stop at Emerson St.
